MISSION STATEMENT
Pilates, Yoga and Barre is for everyone! We have seen clients between the ages of 12 and 95. All exercises can be modified to fit any age or physical ability. While many clients are seen in the group setting, some wish to be seen privately to meet their specific needs or modifications.
